Ordering and Shipping

 How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse our collection, select the items you love, choose your size, and click "Add to Cart." Once you're ready to checkout, follow the prompts to complete your purchase securely.

We will happily guide you through the process telephonically should you have any issues navigating the website.  

What payment methods do you accept?
We use Yoco as our secured payment gateway which accepts major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, and Maestro for a seamless shopping experience.

We can also offer EFT, please send an email to info@monday.clothing prior to checking out, should you want to pay using this option. Please note to avoid fraud we will have to wait for the funds to clear in our bank account before shipping out. 

How long does shipping take?

We estimate a total of 5 business days from the time you place an order to receiving delivery:

Sometimes a curve ball may mean delays but we will keep you updated on any changes to timelines. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. We use Courier Guy as our preferred courier. 

Outlying areas may take an additional few days, please let us know in the checkout section so we can plan accordingly.

We will provide a tracking number once the order has been dispatched which you will use to track your order. For any disputes please contact us directly with the contact information provided in the Contact Page. 

Do you offer collection?

Due to limited space we are not able to receive customers to collect orders, so we currently only offer delivery option. We will be opening a showroom in the near future to allow customers to collect orders, as well as fit items before purchasing. 

How much is shipping?

Local shipping is free for all orders in South Africa.

International shipping is currently not available yet. 

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, please send us an email requesting that you would like to return or exchange a product. We will arrange all the logistics and cover any shipping costs with exchanges.

Do you offer refunds?
We will try our best to resolve the issue and if not we will refund your purchase no questions asked!

Sizing and Care Instructions

How do I choose the right size?
To find your perfect fit feel free to reach out to us for personalised sizing advice. Remember if something does not fit we will try our hardest to make sure we get you the correct size. 

How should I care for my Monday Clothing products?
We provide detailed care instructions on the Monday Clothing size label of each garment. Please follow those instructions to ensure your garment is not damaged during the washing process.

Do you have a physical store?
Currently, we operate exclusively online. You can browse and purchase our products directly through our website.

Privacy policy

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from Classiccut.co.za (the “Site”).

Personal Information We Collect

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers , email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information”.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

How Do We Use Your Personal Information?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and

- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

Do Not Track

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

Data Retention

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

 Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 16.
